Our official website address is https://pouch.me. Pouch Me is a team of Prepress designers, print professionals, print production technicians, and service associates with over a decade of expertise in the printing, branding and print advertising industries.
We serve clients through our free online and phone consultations and strive to provide comprehensive tools, sound advice, and insider information regarding print jobs for custom branded packaging.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
We collect user personal identification information in specific ways, including, but not limited to: when users access the site, register information using the site, lodge an order, subscribe to our newsletter, fill out forms in various pages, and take part in surveys.
We also receive personal information via other site features, improvements, activities, services, or seasonal resources on our site. Once a customer provides their email address via a confirmed order or through our consultation and quote forms, we use this to send them information and updates pertaining to their order, request, or inquiry.
If a user decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include Pouch Me news, site and product updates, service information, and other related communications. A user can easily unsubscribe from getting future emails via unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

We adopt appropriate data collection and storage practices and couple these with security measures to safeguard against unauthorized account access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information and data stored on our site.
We process data employing a combination of technologies that counteract threats, such as firewalls, antivirus, filtering and antispam programs. Pouch Me staff also carries out vulnerability scans of applications and systems.
USER AUTHENTICATION
We have built security keys into the log-in process and have secure steps which users can follow to regain access to the right account in the event of forgetting the nominated password. We advise choosing difficult-to-guess passwords and changing passwords frequently.
SECURE DATA COMMUNICATION
Sensitive and private online data exchange between the Pouch Me staff and its users happens over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) secured communication channel. This is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.
USER EFFORTS
We use email to confirm order files, details, and other related information and also send remiders when appropriate. We strongly recommend the user to secure their email account by changing passwords frequently to ensure a secure closed system. Pouch Me will never ask for login and/or account information in an official email, so please be on the lookout for fraudulent phishing emails asking for said information. Even if our logo is on an email, this does not mean it is from Pouch Me.
To guarantee there are no weak points of entry, please log out completely from your Pouch Me account and close your browser window when you are done with your business. Make sure to clear your browser’s cache and any saved passwords. We strongly recommend regularly practicing this especially if you use or have used a computer that other people access, such as in airports, internet cafés, and public libraries.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share information to third parties when deemed necessary and in conjunction with conducting our business. This includes activities such as keeping and sorting records and print files, sending planned marketing communications, creating Prepress files, or facilitating wire transfers for order processing.
We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined in this document.
Pouch Me does not sell, rent, or trade users' personal identification information to others.
