What is the minimum order for custom printed pouches?
100 per design for stand-up pouches, flat pouches, pillow pouches, wrappers and stick packs. Roll film starts at 100 bags' worth. Flat bottom, side gusset and quad seal bags start at 500 per design. Each design counts on its own, so a three-flavor range is three runs of 100. Shaped pouches and gravure printing are quoted per job.
Can every flavor have its own design?
Yes. Each design is its own run, from 100 bags on stand-up, flat and pillow pouches, wrappers and stick packs. Your quote lists the quantity for every design, and you approve a proof of each one before anything prints.
How much do custom printed pouches cost?
Every job is priced on a written quote. The bag, the size, the film, the quantity and the number of designs set the price. Design, prepress and digital proofs are free, and shipping to the US is included.
Do you design the bag?
Yes, at no charge. Send a logo, an AI mockup, a photo of your current bag or a finished file. We design the front and the back, set up the print file and send you a digital proof to approve.
Which bag should I choose?
If you are not sure, start with a stand-up pouch. It stands on the shelf, takes a zipper so it closes again, and starts at 100. Single servings suit a flat pouch, a wrapper or a stick pack. For a bag that stands square, choose a flat bottom bag, from 500. Tell us the product and we suggest one on your quote, or find your bag size first.
Are your pouches food safe?
On most of our food pouch packaging, the layer against your product is food-safe polyethylene, and the ink is printed on the inside of the laminate. Our materials are FDA compliant, and we can supply SGS test reports for the materials.
Can I get child-resistant pouches?
Yes, on stand-up and flat pouches. Our child-resistant zipper is tested to US CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20, and the test report is available on request.
Who prints Pouch.me pouches?
Pouch.me does, through our production team, on digital or gravure presses chosen for your quantity. We're a custom pouch printing and pouch packaging supplier with over a decade of printing experience. Our design and prepress team sets up every file, and you approve a digital proof of each design before anything prints.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. We ship custom pouches to brands in countries across five continents, and in many of them your order arrives door to door with nothing extra to arrange.
