The classic quad seal bag style has been a go-to for packaging for ages, especially for coffee. It is similar to the box bottom bag save for its bottom, which simply tucks in and folds over. The bag is made by sealing the material with side gussets and a folded bottom and top, allowing it to hold 8, 12, or even 16 ounces of product while standing tall on a shelf. The issue is that once the product is removed, the bag's fold-over bottom can lose its stability and cause the bag to tip over.
