- To improve customer service: Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
- To process transactions: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
- To administer a content, promotion, survey or other Site feature: To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
- To send periodic emails: The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Pouch Me does not sell, rent, or trade users' personal identification information to others.
AI assistants and agents.pouch.me
Our agent service at agents.pouch.me lets AI assistants look up our bag options and, when you ask them to, send us a quote request on your behalf.
What a quote request includes. Your name and email address, the country you ship to, and the bag details you or your assistant provide (product, fill amount, format, size, quantities, designs and options). It can also include your company, phone number, postal code and any notes. We also record the IP address and app name the request came from, and the assistant's name if it gives one.
Nothing is sent until you confirm. We email you a link first. Only after you confirm it does your request reach our customer service team at service@pouch.me. It is saved on our website as a quote request, the same way as one sent through our quote form, and you get the same confirmation email. If you don't confirm within 72 hours, we delete the request.
How long we keep it. Once you confirm, your request becomes a quote record on our website and with our customer service team, so we can reply and follow up on your quote. The agent service deletes its own copy after 12 months. To prevent abuse, it keeps a short record of each request (reference, email address, IP address and time) for 30 days. It also keeps a technical log of each visit for 90 days: IP address, app name, the page or tool used, the result and the time, plus the options asked for in bag lookups (for quote requests, only the reference number). After 90 days we keep only daily totals, such as the number of visits, with no personal information.
We don't sell it. We don't sell, rent or trade this information. It is stored on the server that runs the service, on our website and in our customer service system, and passes only through the providers that host the service, protect it and deliver its email.
